LARGE FORMAT DIGITAL PRINTING:

Digital printing offers the benefits of high resolution photographic like results with low waste, large 63”x123” sheet capabilities, quick turnarounds, color consistency, and efficient production. In addition, NGS Printing is also able to digitally print directly to polystyrene, Coroplast, Sintra/Komatex, PETG, acrylic, vinyl, paper stocks and other material types with 6 color process + white ink! In addition, NGS Printing is one of the few Qualified G7 Master Digital Printers in the country.

While most major printing companies ‘zigged’ by upgrading to faster presses, NGS ‘zagged’ by investing in presses specializing in quality instead. NGS Printing now has 3 of the market’s most productive and highest quality wide format flat-bed printing presses in the world in the Inca Onset X, Inca Onset Q40i, and Fuji Acuity F.  It is NGS’s belief that quality should never be sacrificed. Quality is something that is always desired but can’t be achieved without investing in the right equipment.  NGS is capable of printing over (120) beds per hour at 63”x123” with better resolutions than 1200 dpi! This combination will produce the markets best quality wide format graphics at competitive prices.

WIDE FORMAT SCREEN PRINTING:

For over 50 years, NGS Printing has developed a reputation to be one of the most consistent and best screen print companies in the country. Our constant investment into screen printing technologies like direct to screen exposure, color curve tracking software, and bulk batch ink purchases are among the few ways NGS is committed to providing industry best color, quality and economical graphics. NGS Printing is one of the few Qualified G7 Master Screen Printers in the country.

Screen Printing offers the ability to print on a wide range of stock materials ranging from glass and thick acrylic to thin Mylar. Adding spot colors or special characteristics to the ink like glitters, translucency, or frost are also possible.  At NGS, screen printing can print at rapid speeds at wide format sizes on our M&R Processor 6 color press at 64”x80” or on our M&R Patriot single color press at 52”x84.”

FINISHING:

NGS Printing has the capability to finish any job with CNC routering, digital die cutting, guillotine cutting, heat bending, laminating, back slitting, and steel rule die cutting. NGS uses optical registration for amazing print to cut accuracy to ensure all parts are identical.  NGS recently became the first company in North America to own the Zund D3 digital finishing system which is 2x as efficient as comparable machines on the market!  This investment will help with faster turnaround times, great efficiency, lower labor costs, and cost savings passed to our customers.  No matter the project, NGS will get it done!

FULFILLMENT:

Many retail signage and POP display jobs have more requirements than being printed and cut, which is why NGS Printing offers complete fulfillment capabilities ranging from kit packing, collating, taping, mounting, or bagging. With our experienced fulfillment crew no project is too big, small or complex.

NGS also offers different distribution options that help accelerate timing and budget constraints.
