The Right Equipment for the Job

We’ve expanded into a custom-designed facility to accommodate our investment in state-of-the-art equipment and to further streamline our processes – saving you time and money. Our goal is to provide you with unique and brilliant printing solutions that fit your specific business needs and budget.

The right mix of service, experience and technology is the key to a successful project. To keep our commitment to you, we look for and invest in equipment that gives us the ability to provide you with an exceptional and customizable finished product every time. Whether it’s help with graphics, finishing, direct-to-screen digital pre-press, digital printing or screenprinting, NGS has the right equipment for your unique project.

 Pre-Press
We know you work under tight deadlines. At NGS, we help you plan your project from start to finish, making sure you get the highest quality product time and again - as quickly as possible.

It all starts in our Pre-Press and Art Department, where our unique workflow system optimizes the entire process to shorten lead times and save you money. We give you clear guidelines and use commonly available media devices so that you’ll never feel overwhelmed or confused.

 Digital to Screen
Producing film in preprint has long been a log jam in the screenprinting industry, costing you time and money. We’re committed to streamlining the process through the best available technology, which is why we’ve automated our screen prepress with direct digital UV exposure for screen making. This system uses light to develop our screens. We produce screens directly from your files – from computer to screen without the use of conventional film, wax or ink.

Not only does this save you time and money (no cost of film or additional storage and handling and disposal issues), but we offer you the highest resolution output, ensuring the best available printing quality.

 Digital Printing

Our new digital print equipment gives you additional printing options and opportunities. Our digital solutions are a good answer for your short-run, quick turn or prototype needs.
